The Waitakere Abuse and Trauma Counselling Service (WATCS) is a charity which mainly provides counselling and therapy services for women, children and their families who have been affected by sexual violence, trauma or family violence. We also offer counselling to couples who are experiencing difficulties in their relationship and who either wish to stay together or need to parent through separation.

We are open Monday to Friday from 8.30-5.00pm but we are closed on public holidays. A duty counsellor is usually available to hear your concerns and answer any questions. We take telephone and written referrals from individuals and agencies.
